Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions :
Step 1 :
Mix well.
Step 2 :
Transfer the the garlic herb butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap, roll up to form a cylinder shape. Twist both ends tight and keep it in the refrigerator.
Step 3 :
They are ready to use when the butter becomes cold and solid.
