- 4-5 big chicken breast
- 2 cans chicken broth (I used low sodium)
- 6 c water
- S&P to taste (I used Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning)
- Shredded carrots
Directions :
- Cook on high for 4 hours
- Shred chicken in crock pot
- Next…
- Shredded carrots and celery (I didn’t have)
- 2 Can biscuits (I used store brand)
- Cut into 1/4 pieces
- Place on top and submerge in juice.
- DO NOT STIR DUMPLINGS!!!!!
- cook for around 30-40 min
- I did this on a whim, but turned out delish!!
