Crock Pot Chicken and dumplings


Ingredients :

  • 4-5 big chicken breast
  • 2 cans chicken broth (I used low sodium)
  • 6 c water
  • S&P to taste (I used Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning)
  • Shredded carrots

Directions :

  1. Cook on high for 4 hours
  2. Shred chicken in crock pot
  3. Next…
  4. Shredded carrots and celery (I didn’t have)
  5. 2 Can biscuits (I used store brand)
  6. Cut into 1/4 pieces
  7. Place on top and submerge in juice.
  8. DO NOT STIR DUMPLINGS!!!!!
  9. cook for around 30-40 min
  10. I did this on a whim, but turned out delish!!
