- 2 roasting chickens.
- 20 ounces of pineapple chunks.
- ½ cup of honey barbeque sauce.
- ½ tsp of salt.
- ¼ tsp of pepper.
Directions :
- In a sprayed 9×13 baking casserole dish, place the chickens side by side and press them into the dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the can of pineapple chunks and pour the juice over the chicken with 2 cups of water.
- Cover the casserole with foil and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 1 hour.
- Add some BBQ sauce over the chicken and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes then top with the remaining BBQ sauce and the pineapple chunks.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and enjoy!
