Coconut cream cheese pound cake with glaze

Ingredients :

  • 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3 cups sugar
  • Beat till fluffy
  • 6 eggs added one at a time
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp of vanilla and coconut flavoring

Directions :

  1. Put in greased and floured cake pan and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  2. Depending on oven may need a little longer
  • Glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Mix and pour over cake….
