Ingredients :
- 90/10 beef 8oz
- Sausage ⅓ pound
- Half onion
- One green peper
- One egg
- 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal
Directions :
- Mix it all together.
- Made meatballs 2.2oz adjust accordingly
- The sauce is homemade creamy marinara.
- Heavy cream brought to a boil then add Parmesan cheese, after its melted nice put in some tomato sauce
- Serve on toasted hoagie with your choice of cheese.
