Ingredients :
- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 1 stick of butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup water or peach juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 4 tblsp. Flour
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Pillsbury pie crust in the box
Directions :
- In a pan heat together a stick of butter, sugar, water or juice, salt.
- When the sugar and butter has dissolved add the flour and cook, stirring constantly for couple of minutes.
- Add the peaches and cook until soft, about five minutes.
- Add cinnamon.
- Roll out a Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust and lay it in the bottom of your dish.
- Poured the peach mixture on top of that and then top it off with another pie crust on top.
- Sprinkle additional sugar and a little cinnamon on top and bake at 350 for one hour.
