PEACH COBBLER

Ingredients :

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water or peach juice
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 tblsp. Flour
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Pillsbury pie crust in the box

Directions :

  1. In a pan heat together a stick of butter, sugar, water or juice, salt.
  2. When the sugar and butter has dissolved add the flour and cook, stirring constantly for couple of minutes.
  3. Add the peaches and cook until soft, about five minutes.
  4. Add cinnamon.
  5. Roll out a Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust and lay it in the bottom of your dish.
  6. Poured the peach mixture on top of that and then top it off with another pie crust on top.
  7. Sprinkle additional sugar and a little cinnamon on top and bake at 350 for one hour.
