CREAMY COCONUT PIE
Ingredients :

  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
  • 2-3/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 tub of frozen whipped topping (8 ounces), thawed
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • Additional coconut, toasted

Directions :

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mixes, milk and extract for 2 minutes. 
  2. Fold in whipped topping and 1/2 cup coconut.
  3. Pour into the crust. 
  4. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. 
  5. Chill until serving.
